What's the difference between STANDARD and ADVANCED forecasts?
STANDARD forecasts will satisfy most people who are interested in receiving custom weekly horoscopes. They read more like an astrology column in that they only focus on what's happening within that given week. (Samples of each can be found here.) People generally find the STANDARD forecasts easier to read because they only list the days of the week and the astrological events/interpretations below.
The ADVANCED forecast does not list days of the week; it lists dates only. It also includes date ranges because astrological events rarely only last one day--they merely peak on one day. Some can last for months. So while the standard version only mentions astrological events on the day they are strongest, the ADVANCED version mentions any astrological event that is still affecting you, some of which don't peak during the week in question.
People who try the ADVANCED version say that it takes some work and concentration to think about how these influences overlap, to check a calendar and to keep track of some of the more lasting transits. So if you want the most accuracy possible and have the energy to pour over your reports every week with a calendar next to you, then the ADVANCED report is more for you. For everyone else, I'd recommend the STANDARD version.

I hope to make some Astrology 101 materials available on this site in the future. In the meantime, you can learn a lot on the Internet just by poking around. If you're more of a book reader, here are two good books for beginners:
1. Parker's Astrology (I've poked through this one and friends have relied on it heavily)
2. The Only Astrology Book You'll Ever Need (never read this one but I've heard good things.)

Do you offer birth charts or any other one-on-one astrological counseling?
Not at this time, though I'm thinking seriously about offering more astrological services some time in the future.
Can I order forecasts for more than one person at the same time with the same transaction?
I'm sorry, no. Not at this time. You'll need to start a whole new transaction for each person you wish to sign up.
Can I order a subscription for someone else?
Yes! Just make sure you've got the right birth information. Since birth information and payment information are processed separately, this is easy.
What is your refund policy?
I do not offer refunds unless for some reason you were mistakenly overcharged or were mistakenly charged after you had cancelled. I offer a free trial period so that people can be sure that they like the product before they decide to become paid subscribers. You can cancel at any time, but once you've paid for a given month, you will continue to receive weekly forecasts until that paid-for month is up, at which time you will no longer be billed and will no longer receive your forecasts.
How do I cancel a subscription?

Do you provide information about the planets' transits through my natal houses?
Not at this time but that is the first improvement that I plan to make to the forecasts at no additional cost to current subscribers. I will notify subscribers of the change as soon as I've finished writing the interpretations and have added them to the program.
Why don't you have my birth year on your drop-down list?
It is illegal to receive any personal information about anyone under the age of 13.
Why do you need my exact birth time? What if I approximate or guestimate?
Your ascendant and subsequently your midheaven and birth houses are calculated based on your exact birth time. The position of your ascendant changes rapidly throughout a given day so even if you're a few minutes off you could wind up with incorrect interpretations. You can enter "don't know" into our birth time drop-down lists and still subscribe to our forecasts. You will not receive any information about transiting planets aspecting your ascendancy or midheaven. Later, when information about the 12 houses is added to the forecasts, you won't receive any information about those, either. I recommend you hunt your birth certificate down. I also recommend that you don't rely on anyone's memory.
Why don't you charge less money for your no-birth-time reports?
For one simple reason: it still takes the same amount of time to generate the no-birth-time reports. Conversely, I don't charge more for the ADVANCED forecasts than the STANDARD forecasts for the same reason.
